While preaching the importance of education to all, the municipal head, called on all children to go back to school and to massively register for the forthcoming First School Leaving Certificate, FSLC stating that it is from registering that they pave their way to be future leaders and entrepreneurs of the country.

“This is an entire package of a classroom, benches, tables and chairs for the teachers and head teachers which cost the council some twenty (20) Million FCFA. Missellele has this year benefited from an ocean of projects from the Tiko Council such as the construction of bore holes, grading of roads, construction of modern markets, supply of portable drinking water, opening up farm to market roads among others.”

The mayor said adding that “our aim is to provide all the basic necessities to the population of Tiko and to ensure that they are comfortable and satisfied. As you have seen throughout the municipality, our schools have been on with an increasing enrolment of students and pupils, this is to show you that the population of Tiko is determined and all we as a council is doing is to accompany them.”
